The rooms are practical, compact, and well-maintained.

Services at gia bao grand is so great, staffs are very cool and friendly. The design is amazing as the images of Hanoi everywhere. We were suggested by another couple and my friends will come here upon my refer.

The hotel is intimate and impeccably clean. the staff is incredibly attentive from the doorman to the reception staff. - the location is perfect, just minutes away from a lively market.

Conviently located to the Old Quarter and the Water Puppets Theatre. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable. With a generous selection for breakfast it was very good value for money.

The air conditioner in our room kept switching itself off but this was probably due to my inability to work out how to deactivate the timing settings on the controller. No complaints really.

The room was great, beautiful, clean, wonderful bathroom, very good breakfast, good situation near center. The staff was very gently and it has very good price because is a very good hotel. If come back to Hanoi I'll stay here again sure.

The location of this place is fantastic, close to the lake and the city center, and they offer a delicious free breakfast with turkey.

Good airport transfer. Does not defend the price, though. Several hotels nearby are 1\2 the price and better than Gia Bao.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were outstanding, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the location perfect for our needs.

My partner and myself are tall people and the shower was not high enough for us. On booking our print out specified strictly non smoking rooms and a lake view, and on arrival the room smelled strongly of cigarettes and there was no view. We told the staff this and they aired the room but could not do anything about the view.

The rooms here are spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds and reliable WiFi.

The room was exquisite, the decor and layout were both tasteful and modern, in fact the best description 'first class'

Relaxing hotel in an absolutely perfect and incredible location right at the eastern edge of the Old Quarter, thoroughly enjoyed this place. We had functional and new-fashioned room with a view. Everything was really good as expected, even so the bathroom was very small.
